Pricing

The price list is valid from 6 persons.
The basic price per person for accommodation in a double room is based on full use of all 6 double rooms in the two guest houses and a 7-day stay with intermediate cleaning. If required, a further intermediate cleaning can be booked at extra cost.
For reservations with only one person, a single room surcharge will be levied.
In addition to the basic price, a one-time final cleaning charge is payable per person staying in the guest rooms or tepee.

Surcharges apply if the two guest houses are booked by less than 12 persons or if the stay is shorter than 7 days, as the use of the seminar room and the entire property with its extensive accessories is included. The partial booking surcharge of 1,- € is multiplied by the number of persons in the 6 guest rooms of the two guest houses which are missing in case of a full booking of 12 persons. If, for example, only 11 persons stay in the 6 guest rooms, everyone pays an additional 1,- €/day, if only 10 persons stay in the 6 guest rooms, everyone pays an additional 2,- €/day, etc.
The short stay surcharge is calculated similarly, because it is multiplied by the number of days missing in a week. For example, if the seminar should only last 6 days, each person pays an additional 1,- €/day, for a 5-day seminar each person pays an additional 2,- €/day, etc.

For persons who participate in the seminar but do not stay overnight on the resort, a fee will be charged.
The possibility to pitch tents stay in a tepee or the gardener’s house is only possible if all rooms in the two guesthouses are fully booked. For the reduced basic price in the winter season, a kilowatt hour fee is charged after reading the electricity consumption.

A flat rate of €5.00 per day is charged for using the air conditioning system for heating and cooling.

Unless otherwise agreed, the area can be accessed from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. The area must be left until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

With a booking of 6 to 11 persons in the two guest houses, one bed in the separate Seminar Leader’s House is free of charge for the seminar leader. With a booking of 12 persons or more in the two guest houses, the 2 beds in the separate Seminar Leader’s House are free of charge for the seminar leader(s).
